You should only register if you’ve been employed by the MoD for any length of time since May 1987, you were exposed to excessive noise during your service, and you suffer from poor hearing and/or tinnitus.

As soon as you’ve completed the registration form and pressed the Submit button, we’ll send you a confirmation email with further information on what happens next.
